“Hybrid confrontations in the context of a conventional war”

Target: discussion of ways and tools that will contribute to the creation of a single information network that will consolidate disparate information sources and resources, which will contribute to the formation of a single information style of Ukraine’s image abroad
Directions for discussion:
– transformation of emotional intelligence in the conditions of traditional war;
– the use of information and computer technologies in hybrid confrontations;
– information war and the activities of bloggers in the context of the conventional war;
– creative space in the hybrid confrontation of the present
