We invite to take part in International Scientific-Practical Conference “Social Innovation in the Context of Reformation Change”.
The conference will take place in Chernihiv Polytechnic National University on 17-18 November 2021.

Thematic areas of the conference
1. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of transformation changes in Ukrainian society.
2. Innovative approaches in the field of administration and management.
3. Business psychology and design thinking as effective modern methods.
4. Creative industries: management and development problems.
5. Recent research in the field of emotional and artificial intelligence
6. Digitalization as a prerequisite for the success of social change.
Scientists, experts, teachers, PhD students, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, NGOs’ representatives are welcome to participate in the conference.
Conference languages: Ukrainian, English.
Conference format: online and offline
Based on the results of the conference, an e-collection of abstracts will be posted on the Website of Chernihiv Polytechnic National University.
Conference participants will have an opportunity to publish their articles in the journal “Emotional Intelligence Scientific Journal” FREE OF CHARGE.
To participate in the conference please send the following documents on email [email protected] till 05 November 2021:
1) Application with your name and surname indicated therein;
2) Abstracts with your name and surname indicated therein;
3) Payment receipt.
Documents shall be in the Ukrainian or English language. After we receive your documents we will notify you. The Editorial Board reserves the right to decide to reject abstracts that do not meet the theme of the conference or the requirements for their execution. Abstracts will not be edited, so authors are responsible for their materials.
Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.

Requirements for preparing materials
The amount of material presented shall be up 2-4 pages, font is Times New Roman, interval is 1, size is 12, paragraph indent is 1 cm. Bottom, top, left, right parameters are 20 mm, type of inverted commas is «», apostrophe is (’), language is Ukrainian or English.
If the text contains references, they should be listed at the end of the main text in alphabetical order under the heading “References” in compliance with the bibliographic requirements provided by state standards.

Registration fee is:
EUR 20 – a participant receives a printed collection of abstracts and a participation certificate;
EUR 10 – a participant receives an e-collection of abstracts.
Individual works of professors, doctors of sciences are published free of charge.
